TERMS OF SERVICE

      1. Service Overview: We provide open, universal online interactive transaction and value-added service functions for global users, focusing on building convenient cross-border online service channels. All service functions are independently operated and maintained by us, and we will try our best to continuously optimize service quality and enrich service scenarios according to user usage demands.
      2. User Access Agreement: Any user who accesses, browses, registers an account and uses the station's transaction and service functions shall automatically reach a service agreement with us and accept all the constraints of these Terms. Users shall guarantee that their identity qualifications meet the basic service access requirements, and shall not use false identities to evade service constraints.
      3. Account & Information Management: Users have independent management rights over their personal accounts and released information. You shall keep account login information safely and take full responsibility for all account operation behaviors. We will try our best to encrypt and protect user private data and transaction information, and will not disclose user information without legitimate basis.
      4. Service Usage Restrictions: Users shall not use the station services for any illegal, improper or infringing behaviors. It is prohibited to damage the station's service system, interfere with normal service operation, maliciously occupy service resources, and infringe the legitimate rights and interests of the operator and other users. Once non-compliant behaviors are found, we have the right to restrict or terminate user service qualifications appropriately.
      5. Transaction Service Specification: All online transactions on the station are based on real-time displayed service rules, quotation standards and delivery specifications. We will try our best to ensure the fairness and rationality of transaction rules, standardize the whole service process, and provide basic after-sales service support for compliant transaction behaviors.
      6. Term Modification & Service Suspension: We reserve the right to optimize and revise these Terms according to service operation and market changes, and try our best to notify users through station display. For system maintenance, technical upgrading and other needs, we may suspend part of the service functions temporarily, and will try our best to reduce the impact on user use.
      7. Liability Exclusion: We do not bear liability for service interruption, data error and transaction delay caused by objective uncontrollable factors. We are not responsible for user losses caused by personal improper operation, information error and non-compliant use of services.
